How it works
Every coin is a real pump.fun coin on the XMR pair. Its creator fee is split by pump's own fee program in the launch transaction, and the split is locked.
= 2% creator fee on every trade, written by pump’s own fee program in the launch transaction, admin revoked. pump’s protocol fee is separate; none of it reaches us.

What this is
Seraphis launches real pump.fun coins on the wXMR pair: every buy and sell is priced in XMR. Each coin's creator fee is split by pump's own fee-sharing program, set in the launch transaction and locked: the update that writes the split also revokes its admin, so nobody, us included, can change it.
Where every trade's fee goes
- Deployer's choice, 0.10–1.80 % (default 0.80 %): the coin's holders (paid in XMR), the creator, or the Monero General Fund (sent as real XMR).
- 0.50 % buys $SERAPHIS with XMR and burns it.
- 0.50 % goes into $SERAPHIS/wXMR liquidity; the LP tokens are burned the moment they are minted.
- 0.20 % ops.
- pump takes its own protocol fee on top; none of it reaches us.
Holder rounds
Each coin has its own holder pot (a Solana wallet only the keeper signs for, never reused). When the pot is worth $25 and the last round is an hour old, the keeper picks a random, unannounced minute in the next hour and snapshots every wallet holding the coin. Wallets holding $20 or more share the pot pro rata. Program accounts (bonding curve, pools, lockers), burn addresses and our wallets never count.
Before any payout the snapshot's sha256 is written on chain in a memo transaction; every payout transaction carries the round id; the snapshot itself is published on the round's page. Anyone can recompute the hash and every share.
What is enforced by programs and what is not: the split and its lock are enforced by pump. Who gets how much in a round is computed by our keeper and published so it can be checked; it is not enforced on chain. A share too small to cover opening a new wXMR account rolls into the next round.
The Monero General Fund
A creator can route their share to the Monero General Fund. The keeper sends it through wxmr.io as real XMR once at least 0.1 XMR has collected, to 888tNkZrPN6JsEgekjMnABU4TBzc2Dt29EPAvkRxbANsAnjyPbb3iQ1YBRk1UXcdRsiKc9dhwMVgN5S9cQUiyoogDavup3H. The General Fund publishes a view-only wallet (primary 44AFFq5kSi… and its view key on getmonero.org), so anyone can confirm each arrival. We are not affiliated with the Monero project.
wXMR and custody
wXMR is issued by wxmr.io. One custodian holds the real XMR; one key (Ds4p…AvpK) is both the bridge authority and the program's upgrade authority. If it stops, wXMR stops being redeemable. There is no trustless SOL ↔ XMR route today.
Launching
Your wallet signs twice: a Jupiter swap from SOL to XMR for your first buy (its own approval), then the launch bundle (create on wXMR + the locked split + your first buy + the 0.01 SOL launch fee). The mint key is generated in your tab; with the box ticked it is ground to end in xmr first. Every byte is checked against the review before your wallet sees it.
Risks
Memecoins go to zero. The pad depends on pump.fun, on wxmr.io, on Jupiter and on our keeper. A paused or broken keeper delays rounds; the XMR stays in each coin's pot. Nothing here is advice.
